Fun in the summer

Mommy, Daddy and Meagan have been having a fun summer! Meagan is thriving and loves the outdoors - whenever she gets cranky, all that is needed is a little walk through the back yard and she is happy as can be. As you can see, she is now discovering how to sit (arm assisted of course). Mom and Dad are going to try her out on some baby food in about a week - check back, those should be some entertaining photos. Meagan is growing some new light hair and dropping her dark hair. She loves her bath time and has a very regular sleep schedule down. No teeth yet, but she is showing signs that some may be coming soon.

4 months and going strong

Meagan had her 4 month check up last week and all is well. She weighs in at a slightly plump 14 pounds 15 ozs. and is now 24 inches in length. Obviously, she is eating well as displayed in her beefy photos. She is now off the nightly feed and has settled in nicely to a 730-8pm bed time with a wake up at about 730 am. Mom and dad are quite happy with this. She is also taking 2-3 naps a day in her crib and has even learned to nap in her pack and play. She is also now grasping at things she is interested in and, if you are persistent, giggles when you laugh. Meagan is enjoying the summer with lots of outside time in the pool, stroller, and walks around the back yard.
