Transition day

Today is a big day for Meagan and mommy - mom goes back to work today. Mom is not real excited about it yet, but Meagan seems oblivious to the what is about to happen - perhaps she is a bit slow! Little Meagan has been battling her first cold (brought home by mean old dad) and is having some trouble sleeping because of it. She is otherwise thriving and has really been hamming it up. She can also now regularly roll herself over from her stomach to her back. Mom and dad are still waiting for the first laugh, but she has developed quite a variety of little noises to entertain her parents throughout the day. We all look forward to the good weather ahead and getting outside a bit more - as you can see, Meagan is UV protected!

2 months and going strong

Meagan had her 2 month check up this week and all is well. She weighed in at 12# 6oz. and is now 22 1/4 inches in length. All measurements still within "normal" parameters. She was subjected to her first vaccinations and after a few screams, she left the office in good spirits. She is now off with mom in Colorado on her first big road trip! Mom says baby did well on her first flight and with any luck, will have the same success on the way home.
